Employee Engagement Specialist
Responsibilities
· Provides consultation and information to employees and employee family members on Employee Services programs, (HRMS Administrative Services, Essential Records, Leave of Absence Services, Rewards and Recognition)
· Researches, analyzes and makes recommendations to management regarding the application of specific Human Resource (HR) processes.
· Interprets state and Federal HR regulations and provides advice on processes to ensure compliance.
· Processes requests, assesses eligibility, monitors status and prepares documentation related to Employee Services programs.
· Leads or assists with HR project planning and process improvements. Coordinates and monitors work performed by vendors, including participating in vendor selection and evaluating work performed.

المهارات
Bachelors degree with at least 8 years experience in Human Resources and employee engagement roles.
Job Related Information.
· The role is for a full-time on a contract basis
· Work location would be Dubai
· The assignment duration is 6 months.
· Desired Start Date- Immediately
· The site operates an 8 working-hour day (equating to a 40 working-hour week) with working hours from 0800AM to 1700PM, although there may be occasional requirements to work beyond these timings.
