الوصف الوظيفي Prepare sales offers and quotations with all relevant information and present to the Regional Sales Manager / Sales Manager for approval prior to submittal to customers. Prepare technicalities needed for offers and submittals, respond to technical inquiries and bid requests with full technical detail as per customers’ requirements in coordination with the Solutions Department, and explain technical products and services information to customers. Offer the proper prices to customers as per their type and category and submit for review with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Manager to ensure the suitable prices are quoted to customers as per their category. Maintain and update, all related hard and soft records and filing systems with timely entry of data, such as – but not limited to – all CRM software (ACT and others) as well as all other records (excel files and any others); in addition to ensuring proper filing of all hard copy records. Discuss and negotiate with customers’ sales-related matters such as but not limited to orders, discounts, delivery and payment terms etc. Ensure proper communication of all sales related documents by acquiring all needed customer and management documents & signatures, distributing to related departments for processing, and filing adequately for future retrieval, to ensure no issues arise due to errors of miscommunication or delays in production and delivery; along those lines implement the ISO standard requirements in this regard. Coordinate the delivery and installation of sold generators to customers through following up with concerned technical teams and related departments; and attend to the commissioning of generators Issue properly and timely all required reports and studies – such as daily visits report – as per senior’s and upper management requests. Prepare sales plans and review with the sales manager for agreement on execution as per the latter’s directions and mutual buy-in. Always ensure timely collection of receivables from clients, and highlight the critical accounts when needed. Prepare sales and other reports and studies that may be required by Management for management and sales meetings to identify and plan bridging performance gaps and achieving sales targets. Train and mentor new Sales personnel on the products and processes in order to acquaint and enable them with enough knowledge to contribute in the attainment of the departmental goals. Attend exhibitions related to the company’s field of work by visiting stands and communicating with potential customers to network and market the company’s name and image as part of increasing sales plan. Travel on sales business trips to other regional and / or international markets when needed and asked by management. Comply with the implementation of company and departmental policies and procedures, in order to ensure that all relevant procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled.
