ITS Manager / Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
-Identify and develop ITS, ATMS and CAV opportunities throughout the MEA region, particularly focused on the Parsons Smart Mobility platform.
-Establish, develop and manage both client and partner relationships throughout the MEA region and be able to demonstrate Parson’s capabilities in this domain.
-Actively participate in planning the business development strategy for Intelligent Transportation Systems business opportunities.
-Develop detailed knowledge of Parsons’ ITS portfolio including the iNET™ Smart Mobility platform.
-Lead tender responses in the ITS and related fields.
-Identify and develop unsolicited proposals to key clients throughout the MEA region.
-Ability to lead ITS project delivery (whether consultancy or deployment) of ITS and CAV applications.
-Willing to support and/or lead other aspects of the Smart City ecosystem including the identification and development of opportunities in other industry verticals.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop technical proposal content including client presentations and other presentation materials.
-Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
المهارات
-Bachelors degree in Traffic Engineering, Transportation Management or related field.
-At least 10 years experience in various Intelligent Transportation Systems business development, design and deployment projects around the world.
-He shall have previous experience of working on large citywide/statewide Advanced Traffic -Management Systems or similar systems including CAV applications.
-The candidate must demonstrate strong communications and analytical skills and ability to pay careful attention to details. Must have the capacity to work well in groups and a willingness to understand the various roles played by construction supervision and contractor team members.
The role requires travel throughout MEA, particularly to Saudi Arabia.
--The candidate shall have excellent project management and communication skills.
