Oversees outlet kitchen production, assists in menu writing, costing, and scheduling and implements the plan, prep and set up including quality service
Works with the Executive sous chef to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision
Comes up with new dishes which appeal to the clients, whenever required

POSITION: CHEF DE CUISINE
SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus 3,800 AED as accommodation allowance

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to EUROPEAN candidates
Male, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
Minimum 3 years in kitchen management
HACCP Certified
Experience in an All-Day Dining Restaurant and In-room dining
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, and analytical skills
Excellent leadership skills
Performs task accurately and efficiently
