One of the leading Pharmaceutical & Consumer Healthcare Products Distributor in the region is looking for:
KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/MANAGER
(For Dubai & Northern Emirates)
Job Summary:
• Plan and always execute sales plan as per company’s directive to ensure product availability and visibility to all its customers.
• To build a business relationship with key account customers to achieve the organization objectives (sales, collection of receivables and customer service) and to ensure a proper service and follow up with these clients.
Major Responsibilities:
Daily visits to Key accounts pharmacies/hospitals
Introducing new products: Make sure to create a product awareness and availability.
To list the new products either Ethical or Consumer products in Hospitals or other Key accounts.
Collecting orders for the products
Collecting receivables
Collecting feedback from customers
Coordination with our supplier representatives
Follow up and coordinate with stores for delivery
Create a new account for new customers
Exploring new opportunities and products
Management reports
Handle team of 4 to 6 sales representatives
Ensure contracts and obligations of clients/customers are fulfilled and observed
Improve and enhance business relation with existing key accounts and future clients
المهارات
Qualifications, experience and Skills:
• 3 -5 years of proven working experience in UAE as Key Account Manager, Executive or Specialist in Pharmaceutical Industry in Dubai and Northern Emirates
• Strong UAE Pharmaceutical Market Knowledge
• Communication and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport, time management & planning skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• BSc/BA in Pharmacy
• Male or Female below 35 years old
• With valid UAE driving license
