Job Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Legal Advisory
Dealing with general corporate & commercial advisory work
Reviewing & drafting a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
Advising external clients on legal transactions such as M&A;, JV’s, Corporate structuring, company incorporations, governance
Advising clients on a wide range of compliance and regulatory matters
Advising clients on Employment law matters
Advising clients on commercial real estate matters
Advising clients on commercial disputes
Education and/or Experience
Fluent Arabic/English Language skills (Essential)
At least 5 years experience working within a law firm, or legal consultancy firm
At least 5 years experience of advising on Corporate & Commercial law matters, including the reviewing and drafting of agreements
Must have UAE work experience, knowledge of UAE Law
Excellent English communication skills in addition (Written and Verbal Essential)
