The role of Recruitment resourceer will involve:
Meeting & greeting candidates
handling out the relevant paperwork
Interviewing candidates
General admin duties, including formatting CVs based on company standards
Advertising jobs on job boards and social media sites
depoly creative and effective sourcing strategies
Screen and check suitable candidates
referencing selected candidates
Generating leads

Requirements:
Must have recruitment or sales experience
Confident and target driven
Strong English communication skills
Proferrional and outgoing
Ideally on sponsorship visa
