Job Summary
Prepare studies and researches on new types of vehicles categories.
Review and continuous development of approved policies, manuals and requirements to ensure its compliance with changes and ministerial decisions and approved legislation.
Prepare studies to use use new and innovative channels to provide services.
Prepare and review of agreements, contracts and memorandums of understanding relating to vehicle licensing services with all service providers categories, with coordination with all stakeholders until the approval of agreement / contract / MOU.
Develop policies, standards and specifications of opening and closing of vehicles technical inspection and license centers and numbers factories.
Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
Prepare studies for numbers sustainability and propose new models for numbers.
Prepare requirements, studies and policies relating to vehicles technical inspection and numbers factories equipment.
Conduct benchmarking serve all various vehicles licensing operations, procedures and services.
Prepare and develop Vehicle Licensing authorities manual as per the field.
Prepare studies, requirements and policies regarding the selection of vehicles testing sites and centers, licensing centers and factories, and absorptive capacity, specifying the centers requirements and interiors.
Prepare studies for testing and registration revenues sustainability.
Prepare the necessary legislations for testing and licensing operations.
Study and analyse field visits results to come up with improvement and development recommendations.
prepare studies and Supervisory controls for transactions Excluded from testing and licensing transactions.
Prepare technical and non-technical studies relating to testing services and licensing and numbers.
Conduct a comprehensive system for assessing service providers performance with various categories (Service providers / agencies / approved agents) All providing vehicles licensing and testing services.
Prepare studies and legislation relating to the authorities granted to applicable systems users in vehicle licensing.
Prepare studies, policies and requirements that aim to develop the numbers factories.
Prepare vehicles ranking and specifications.
Prepare studies for developing testing and licensing processes and services, and used technical systems.
Prepare standards and technical and non-technical training programs for examiners, supervisors and service providers.
Prepare and review policies, requirements, manuals, standards, controls and technical and non-technical work procedures relating to testing services, licensing and numbers in coordination with concerned sections.
Prepare, review and develop numbers sales policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from a recognized university.
7 years of working experience in management, supervising, controlling and preparing studies, policies, legislations for services centers (public/ private).
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
