Provide advice, guidance and consultation to Higher management on variety of stakeholders on a wide range of legislative, medical and individual affairs.
Encourage research related to professional development and assist in measure the impact of workforce development.
Conduct research for new insights and innovative solutions on health care services, encourage studies and benchmark considering international standard.
Provide necessary advice regarding the effectiveness of professional development programs, plans and campaigns.
Contribute to the development and articulation of strategic, annual and business planning processes, incorporating a collaborative and inclusive approach with key stakeholders.
Participate in setting the overall mission, vision, values and goals for DHA.
Monitoring the performance of the hospitals and the specialized centres.
Provide expert clinical advice and support to the Director General.
Consulting on high-profile projects within agreed time plan.
Advice on methods of data analysis and reporting.
Assessing current systems, guidelines and protocols in line with quality management and participate in developing new systems, guidelines and protocols.
Do other assigned duties.
Qualifications
Masters or BA
10 years, 5 years in senior management or 15 years, 5 years in senior management.
