The candidate must have a track record in management in the real estate sector, and shall be qualified as a business leader in the domain of property management, leasing and maintenance. The candidate must be results oriented with a proven track record in strategic and financial planning and ability to achieve on KPIs.
Overall package is between 15 and 20k with a other long term benefits.
