Marketing and Communications Coordinator

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator works independently in the business development team with key responsibility for communications, social media management and marketing outreach for the practice.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Manage the practice’s portfolio of works and ensure project sheets are ready and available for use.
• Create and update CVs and marketing material for use in the tendering process.
• Support the Tendering Manger with documents, styling and strategy to support the technical bid.
• Social media management strategy, scheduling and posting.
• Tracking and being responsible for the practice’s social media content and engaging with followers and monitoring conversations across social media channels.
• Website and content management.
• Create communication standards for the practice.
• Represent the company at events.
• Exhibitions, marketing and events.
• Use your superior communication skills (both written and verbal) to communicate with our clients and potential clients.
• Research and help build potential client database including calling potential clients and setting up meetings in the UAE and GCC.
• Work closely with, and report to, the Executive team of managers in the practice.

• An ability to work under pressure.
• Experience working in an architectural practice or a consultancy in the construction sector in the UAE (preferred).
• Looking to develop with company and interested in a business development / communications career.
