Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
Conduct and document regular facility inspections
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency
Contract negotiation and preparation of budget

POSITION: FACILITY MANAGER
SALARY: 24,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 2-weeks)

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ARAB candidates
Male, below 40 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related course
Minimum 5 years experience in facility management and other similar projects
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience in calculation and controlling of projects
Can handle multiple projects
Excellent leadership skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in using AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office Applications
