-Source new products for this category o to meet commercial growth plans.
-Maintain financial profitability by meeting and exceeding margin and sales targets.
-Staying on top of the fish and seafood market trends and understanding customers’ requirements.
-Proper procurement/buying strategies must be followed and any gaps which lead to inefficiencies must be managed.

-Challenge customers and suppliers on their timelines and ensure seamless supply chain results
المهارات
· 3 or more years’ experience in Retail or Wholesale buying or procurement with fish or meat categories.
· Good communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to influence.
· Exposure to different levels and functions such as procurement and operations.
· A degree or masters level qualification would be advantageous. .
