Category Buying Manager – Meat (Dubai)

الوصف الوظيفي
-Create and execute buying plans for a category, department or project to meet customer needs.
New product and range development
-Prioritize activities and align with key personnel to deliver supply to meet customer needs.
-Identify and drive realization of savings opportunities throughout the category.
-Be a subject matter expert for the customers and markets in which you engage.
-Manage cross-functional projects against plans and objectives to meet commitments and goals
-Secure optimal deals by negotiating with key suppliers.

-Identify and drive realization of opportunities for durable, relative advantage in assigned categories.
المهارات
· 4 years minimum experience within a leading Retailer or Wholesaler.
· Experience in Europe or the United Kingdom would be advantageous. ]
· Broad exposure to different functions such as supply chain, marketing and operation
