Our client is a brand strategy and creative design consultancy working for renowned clients in sectors ranging from retail to aviation, automotive to sciences, across the GCC/ MENA region.
They deliver bespoke communication solutions that are internationally recognized for building and sustaining brand relationships.
A fantastic opportunity for a passionate, motivated individual to be the primary relationship owner / dedicated point of contact for assigned clients.
Working under the guidance and with the support of the Client Services Head, and delivering a wide range of projects across both print and digital formats, from taking the initial brief and creating timelines and budgets to briefing designers and ensuring that the project progresses smoothly through to delivery.
Projects across brand identity, brand environment, digital and wider marketing activities, this Account Manager will be an integral member of the team.
He/She will be responsible for:
• Managing day-to-day operations for assigned client or project in an effective, efficient & profitable manner.
• Working across multiple disciplines and projects that flow through the studio; ensuring that the client’s creative needs are always exceeded, approaching the work with a strategic mindset, creative flair and commercial savviness.
• Taking ownership of the projects from the initial brief phrase, through design and implementation and into production, knowing how to keep things ticking along to schedule and always within the desired budget.
• Ensuring project timelines / deadlines are met for ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyzing and presenting competitive project reports and budget reviews to senior management and clients on a monthly basis to contribute to the accounts’ strategic development / growth.
• Maintaining a positive relationship with client and internal team in a manner that straddles both operational and strategic contribution for the smooth running of client account.
• Overseeing and ensuring that all consultancy output is of consistent quality to minimize mistakes that negatively impact profitability.
• Assisting Brand Strategist and contributing in the strategy and naming process to ensure sound, on- brand strategy solutions.
• Assisting Managing Director in new business development; conducting research on opportunities, attending new business meetings, networking and developing business proposals, strategies and financials for potential projects.
المهارات
Skills & Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce / related field
• At least 4 years experience in commercial branding, with hands-on experience managing clients at renowned creative / branding agencies; a thorough understanding of branding and a keen interest in design
• Persuasive and confident approach; high attention to detail – nothing skips your eagle eye
• Effective communication, oral and written, skills
• Strong presentation skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficient at operating Mac machines and in MS Office Suite, Apple Keynote
• Enjoys working in a team but is equally confident to work independently
• Is proactive and highly organised, has an eye for detail & able to multi-task, has a can-do attitude, copes well under pressure, has bags of energy and finally, but most importantly, is prepared to challenge himself / herself
• Any personal passion or experience working within retail, healthcare, sciences, aviation, would be advantageous, but not mandatory for this role
