Job Description and Requirements
we are looking to recruit a Gas Plant Shift Supervisor. Reporting to the Field Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the plant and field is operated within defined safe operating envelopes, safe work procedures are followed, plant availability is maintained whilst taking environmental care, economic operation and upholding the company’s values. The successful candidate must be degree educated in Chemical Engineering and have 10 years gas plant experience, 3 of which at a Supervisory level.
Requirements
Safety-Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, carry out PSSR and understand emergency shutdown systems and cause and effect matrix, prepare SOP for facilities, detailing start up and shutdown and operations testing procedures, commissioning, carrying out pre-commissioning checks and prepare commissioning procedures, manage Operators performance and develop their competencies, safely manage plant shutdowns and turnarounds, planning and scheduling of plant operations activities, troubleshooting process upset and carry out root cause analysis and technical investigations, be the emergency response leader and conduct routine emergency drills, have experience in alarm management, participate in new equipment site acceptance test, prepare daily and monthly reports, deliver technical training to staff and be the authority for PTW
