Call Centre Supervisor

Job Description and Requirements
e are looking to recruit a Call Centre Supervisor. Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for managing a team of call centre operators, dealing with sensitive issues that cannot be resolved by the operators and other duties deemed suitable

Salary:
AED 10000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have strong experience as a Supervisor of a call centre, be fluent in Arabic, knowledge of Microsoft applications ( Word, Powerpoint and Outlook) Knowledge of the luxury sector would be advantageous
