Job Purpose:
Responsible for visual display and merchandising Standards of Bateel Shops and Café Retail area. To create/implement attractive visual displays in retail outlets to enhance the aesthetic appeal of window and in-store displays.
Key Accountabilities:
Scope of work
• Working closely with Visual Merchandising manager on floor plan, display points and VM guideline.
• Ensure All Bateel Shops and Café Retail area are consistent with the Company Brand image.
• Create attractive window display and store layout to increase sales revenue and getting decorative effect.
• Training &VM;Workshop.
• Creating filling arrangements for Bateel Corporate Catalogue, Manuals, Events and seasonal theme.
• Design and pricing of Bateel Filling arrangement and Boxes.
Job Accountabilities
• Merchandising of all Retail stores and Bateel Café retail spaces.
• Implement & install displays as per requirements, using available space to the best advantage.
• To ensure that Boutiques and Café retail areas are well presented and merchandised to the highest of standards at all time.
• Implementing Shop windows, Niches and shop counter display according to Bateel latest Display guide.
• Sourcing materials and display elements, props and required VM accessories.
• Train the store team about design concepts, visual display standards, and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display, to help building and understand of aesthetics.
• Ensure that Boxes and filling arrangements are available on display in a theme and according to Bateel Guideline.
• Training and motivating sales staff for shop merchandising, new product launching and seasonal themes.
• Preparing visual Display guide for shop show cases and other display units.
• Visual Merchandising Preparations/Set up for NSO for UAE and other countries.
• To travel to other countries for seasonal window display & shop opening setup.
• Visual Merchandising Check List.
• Working with Design/Marketing Team for creating Bateel Corporate Catalogue, Manuals & other Marketing Materials.
• Working with Supply Chain Team/Operation Manager on pricing of Bateel Filling arrangement and Boxes.
• Preparing filling arrangement, dimensions, contents and estimated prices for merchandising manual & corporate catalogues.

Experience requirement:
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to build relationships with customers and peers
• Minimum 1 year retail experience is required
• Experience in Sales beneficial
Qualification and Licenses requirement:
• High School graduate
• Local Driving License preferred.
