maptalent is actively seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Master Planning for a leading regional developer based in Dubai, UAE. Our client is an award-winning business that is looking for an experienced master planning professional to push the boundaries of design.

Description:

The Senior Manager - Master Planning will be responsible for managing all external design consultancies and have a significant overview of all future projects. This individual will be expected to work closely with the Director of Architecture for project execution, so a successful track record of design and delivering ground-breaking large-scale master plan developments is essential.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree in urban planning or similar discipline
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in master plan development
Professional registration
Have experience in managing highly experience designers
