Job Summary:

maptalent are currently recruiting a Lead Architect for an award-winning international design firm based in Dubai. The business specializes in architecture, interior, urban and masterplan design and has recently been awarded yet another ground-breaking project.

Description:

The Lead Architect is key to providing technical coordination of architectural design and construction based on site, along with quality leadership to local clients. Furthermore, the role will be working on the implementation of an iconic high-rise project here in Dubai. The right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a stable career history over a minimum of 12 years having worked on the technical supervision and coordination of multiple high-end projects.

High-level design orientated professional with the ability to not only manage a team of construction site professionals but also be comfortable in front of senior officials and clients
Superb technical understanding is key, coupled with the willingness to share knowledge with the next generation of architects
The use of BIM / Revit at all phases of the design and build process is vital to a complete understanding of the use of Revit is vital
Requirements:

Bachelor degree in architecture - minimum expectation
Minimum of 12 years’ experience working within the architectural industry
Experience on 60+ story towers
High-level understanding of Revit
Experience in GCC is required
