Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting role – Supporting the Risk Management team in identifying risks to the firm,
developing policies and procedures to mitigate those risks to ensure compliance with policies
and procedures with the firm’s Risk Management policy and reporting findings from compliance
audits with recommendations.
To have monitoring responsibilities for routine processes and report exceptions to the reporting
manager.
To coordinate with service lines for information processing and management.
Qualification/Experience:
Recently Qualified Company Secretary or Intern pursuing Company Secretarial course or
LLB Graduate or pursuing LLB or
Any other compliance certification is encouraged
Skills:
Able to think risk – be skeptical
Quick learner – is not doer
Team player
Excellent communication skills
