Job Description and Requirements
In this position, you will be responsible to maintain a 5-Star standard in presentation and service for customers . You must be detail-oriented with the ability to work as a team in a very fast-paced environment.
To quality for this position, you MUST be able to:
Speak with others using a clear and professional language; Must be able to fluently communicate in English
Work flexible hours which include weekends, evenings, and holidays
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures including, but not limited to, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
Support the team to reach common goals
Be focused, energetic, and have strong attention to detail
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industries is preferred
