Working closely with the executive chef to produce diversified menus in accordance with the restaurant’s policy and vision
Come up with new dishes which appeal to the clients, whenever required
Establish the working schedule and organize the work in the kitchen so that everything works like a “well-oiled machinery”
Produce high quality dishes that follow up the established menu and level up to location’s standards, as well as to clients’ requirements
Plan the food design in order to create a perfect match between the dish’s aspect and its taste

SALARY: up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus UAE benefits

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to FRENCH candidates only
Male, below 30 years old
Overseas candidates are welcome to apply
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
HACCP Certification is an advantage
Minimum 2 years experience in kitchen management
Well exposed in the hot kitchen section
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have experience dealing with suppliers
Excellent communication skills
Proven leadership and customer service skills
Presentable with good hygiene
