Android Test Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
The Android test engineer will perform
tests on android devices, software, and apps, and provide software developers with improvement tips and report software issues to ensure the devices meet the carrier requirement.
Work closely with the product management and development teams to help them test and
improve devices used in projects.
Reviewing and analyzing system specifications. Perform analysis and raise bugs related to different features.Executing test scripts and reviewing results
Reporting and documenting technical issues
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
المهارات
2-3 years of relevant work experience as Android mobile Engineer/ tester.
Familiar with different Android Functions and system components.
Mobile operating system knowledge
Expert knowledge, confidence, and efficiency in debugging
Understand common mobile operating systems (such as Apple iOS, Android, Linux, and
Windows) and how to perform tests on them.
Understanding of different wireless technology.
Feelcomfortable working in groups and conveying their ideas to others in a
professional and mature manner.
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
