Software Automation Testing Lead

Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for a Test Automation Lead to join a stellar team working on automating our software. You will be working with other developers to improve product architecture and implementing new features and functionality.

Here’s what an ordinary day looks like, you will:

Utilizing and developing new test approaches, techniques in the areas of Test & Automation of Data Analysis/Analytics,
You will lead, mentor small teams of functional, automation and nonfunctional testing within a specific project or product; ensure all the project agreed deliverables are completed to the required level of quality and promotes team engagement and motivation.
Define & drive test & automation strategy, test case development, test execution, test automation, execution of automated suites, defect identification and reporting
Design/build/maintain test automation frameworks for front-end (UI), backend and API’s using suitable languages meeting functional, performance, scalability and other quality requirements.
Requirements

You’re going to need this to carry out this job

Expert knowledge of automating tests and building framework Very good knowledge in Automation testing tool for Web and Mobile 8+ years of experience in UI & API based application test & automation experience. Minimum 5 years of hands on test & automation experience for Dashboards, reporting or related applications both from frontend and backend covering functional, E2E, performance & stress tests. Highly Proficient in test automation development using Java, Junit, TestNG, Selenium WebDriver,Appium, Cucumber, REST-Assured, JMeter (or similar load testing tools) Hands-on experience building CI automation pipelines using Jenkins, Docker

Have worked on performance testing of applications with high volume data
