Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description and Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruit world class performance marketing talents to join and grow with the team
Develop vision and strategy for the Performance Marketing team, including: Defining the role of paid media for each business objective, from driving brand preference to new customer acquisition to engagement
Partnering with Business, Product, and Marketing senior stakeholders to develop top-down objectives and priorities for a Performance Marketing team
Optimal Spend allocation between countries, taking into account market balance
Have full ownership across paid media channels at Vezeeta.com: Social, Display, affiliates, referrals, Offline… and any others you develop
Drive innovation with publisher and marketing/ad tech partners
Commercially manage external vendor and agency relationships
Manage experimentation across all channels as well as landing pages and creative
Support the local country management teams in growing the local business via ad hoc marketing initiatives (either online or offline)
Partner with Creative Leadership to ensure that creative is built and optimized for the unique form factor of each channel, including:
Collaborate with the product team and external vendors, to build systems and processes to enable customer targeting/segmentation, campaign execution, and measurement/optimization at scale
Accountable for results and responsible for comprehensive reporting of performances to management together with recommendations for next steps within or across teams
Requirements

7/8+ years experience or more in performance marketing within an international business setting.
Experience building a world class performance marketing team from ground zero
Very good experience in marketing analytics and marketing budget management
Fluent in both English and the language of the country (Preferably Arabic)
Exceptionally well organized and driven by success (not afraid of playing “different roles” as needed)
Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
“Can do attitude” capable of solving problems and create a marketing vision
A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them
Master’s degree in Marketing or other relevant field is appreciated
