Food and Beverage (F&B;) Senior Associate

The job purpose of the role of the F&B;Senior Associate is to support the function Director and the account management team by performing technical and non-tecnical duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the administrative, organizational activates of the department.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Prepare contract related documentation, ensuring it is updated, distributed and coordinated;
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules and travel arrangement for the F&B;Account Managers, supports team on logistics, preparation requirements, follow-up and recordkeeping;
- Prepare and maintain any necessary reports and presentations;
- Liaise with other internal departments to provide the service most suitable to the Concessions team requirements and needs;
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner;
- Ensure brand standards are used correctly on all correspondence and assist the team to ensure brand standards are adhered to;
- Serve as a collaborative and supportive team member;
- Be a team player, share experiences and knowledge with colleagues across functional areas/contractors to ensure effective communication and learnings are established;
- Assisting with the recruiting and on boarding of future team members.
المهارات
2+ years of administrative experience;
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field;
- Experience of working within a Food & Beverage environment;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Strong written and oral communications skills;
- Proficiency in MS office software;
- Proficiency in English & Arabic;
- Detail oriented with high attention to detail and quality;
- Diplomatic and discreet.
