Job Description and Requirements Play an integral role in core operations by analyzing day to day operational data to identify wastage’s in key performance areas. Recommend corrective actions and provide enhanced solutions in order to bring in operational efficiencies. Major Responsibilities Technology understanding of Technologies used in operations i.e. Secure Path, Transtrack, Biometric, CCTV Systems, and future technologies. ◾ Integrate available systems to effectively read LIVE operational data. Planning & amp; amp; Analysis and Optimize existing routes by studying defined routes minutely and aim to increase service per route using existing resources ◾ Plan, Design and implement new routes where necessary within the budgetary allocation ◾ & amp; nbsp; Monitor individual route performance and identify high and low performing routes. Monitor and analyze systems data to determine the reason for routes operating beyond defined time and make necessary changes without impacting client deliverable’s & amp; nbsp; Data Analytics unjustified idle times on routes using available systems and technologies and make recommendations for improvements ◾ Identify wastage’s & amp; nbsp; in processes and redefine processes where necessary to improve time efficiencies ◾ Identify service gaps created in routes due to the dynamic nature of operations and make regular changes to keep every route efficient and economical MIS Reporting Monitoring Report, Statistics, and Dashboards Skills ATM Technical Knowledge |
