Senior Manager - Transformation

Job Description and Requirements
As a Senior Transformation Manager based in Dubai, you are responsible to align with the mission, vision, and strategy of the organization. The role is strategic in nature, focusing on leading transformation efforts and continuous improvement throughout the Group.

The main responsibilities include:

Actively lead the change management requirements of the specified business unit from transformation through to continuous improvement
Lead Black Belt Projects directly linked to strategic problems identified from TG Balanced Scorecard
Follow DMAIC methodology throughout the project lifecycle
Follow and support the TG Business Process & Quality Governance
Train, mentor and govern Lean Six Sigma projects and frameworks
Design the digital transformation road map closely with the IT Team to identify strategic processes (from level 1,2 & 3) with a view to automate
Model business processes (level 4,5 & 6) to translate them into technical solutions
Play a key role in IT implementations with regards to process changes
To effectively manage a project team as well as key stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle
To report project/change related progress including escalation if needed
Skills
The ideal candidate must have:

5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT related to the subject
PMP/ Prince 2 or equivalent Project Management Certification
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – Preferred
ITIL Certification – Preferred
Business Analysis Certification - Preferred
