ROLE
IMEX Real Estate now is having the superb opportunity in the position of Sales Manager in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate would be anyone having a great experience in the real estate industry: sales, leasing, off-plan, brokerage, property development, property management, etc. Moreover, the candidate must be having enormous skills of team leadership, people management, marketing, highly developed interpersonal skills and very approachable with high sense of understanding. The person will be in charge of management of huge team, developing and growing the employees and the corporate sales. IMEX Real Estate is ready to consider a good compensation along with the incrementing incentive schemes with bonuses and all other benefits in the compensation package.

REQUIREMENTS
• More than 3 years Real Estate experience in Dubai with at least Bachelor’s Degree;
• Good sales, negotiations and customer service skills;
• Result, Target and Goal oriented person;
• Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read / Write / Speak);
• Any other language is high advantages;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high sense of human understanding to work with multi-cultures;
• Good-natured, confident, positive & friendly mannered with professional appearance;
• UAE Diving License is mandatory;
• RERA Certificate is mandatory;
