Senior Product Manager

Our Product Managers are a group of creative problem solvers. They work closely with other functions (such as Design, Analytics, Engineering, etc) to implement solutions which make products the best they can be.

As a Senior Product Manager with Naukrigulf, you will learn a lot about consumers in the Gulf market and how best to cater to their needs. You’ll also work in an environment that is entrepreneurial and fun, where you make an impact and drive the business.

The role reports into the Product Head and will be operating out of the Dubai office.

Role Description:
Key Responsibilities/KRAs/KPIs: The core responsibility of a Product Manager is to create positive impact on the business by either driving more traffic and/or increasing engagement with users. In order to do this, Product Managers develop a good understanding of the business, its competitive landscape, user needs & opportunities.

They work closely with stakeholders from other functions to roll-out projects which tap into these needs & opportunities. Good execution skills are a must to translate roadmaps into roll-outs, which our Product Managers are skilled at. Periodic assessment of impact is also an integral part of the role.

• Develop and define product roadmaps and feature concepts
• Work with design, analytics & engineering teams to communicate release goals and be a part of product lifecycle
• Interface with Marketing for inputs on consumer marketing activities
• Interface with Sales & Client Servicing teams to identify product gaps and evangelize new features for product selling
• Understand Customer segments and define product pricing
• Own product performance and conduct periodic performance reviews
• Creative ideation and articulation of ideas

Product Managers are multi-taskers. A typically day in a Product Manager’s life may include juggling amongst the past, present & future projects - executing the current, gathering requirements for the next while measuring impact of the one gone live.
