Identify, nurture and win new business • Will have to do cold calling, visit clients in person, follow up on phone & emails • Set up meetings with potential clients & businesses and other Industries & listen to their wishes and concerns • Educate prospective clients on the power of the platform • Good communication skills in English • Generate revenue and grow client base: prospect, qualify, build relationships, overcome objections and close new accounts • Handle client feedbacks / complaints or objections Skills • Top performers with a proven record of B2B and B2C sales success • The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach. • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. • Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently. • Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets. customer focus, customer satisfaction and catering to customer needs. Researching the market for potential customers and update the activities in CRM. Visiting existing customers and looking after their needs, including AMC. Engaging in a variety of tasks including project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation and innovative development of opportunities. Identifying prospective opportunities, potential new clients, business opportunities and persuade new customers to do business with the company. Delivering proactive account management to a portfolio of key accounts. Mandatory compliance with company sales terms and conditions. Reaching goals and sales targets set in Business Plans by engaging in push activities. Preparing monthly & quarterly forecast reports.
