Project Engineer (Interiors Fitout)

الوصف الوظيفي
• Responsible for job card preparation and its variations.
• Responsible for rising of requisition for material of various projects.
• Responsible for monthly site measurement, billing and keeping material update records at site.
• Responsible for inspection request for approval from the consultants.
• Responsible for daily allocation of laborers to various sites as per the site requirement.
• Taking approval from BDM/Divisional Manager for deployment of subcontractors.
• Inspection request/check list for approval from the consultants/Main contractor.
• Execution of works as per Main contractor’s construction program.
• Time card filling of laborers.
• Quality (Visual Inspection) & Quantity verification to ensure the received goods are as per the SMR.
• Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Quality assurance with adherence to the ISO Procedures.
• Enforces safety and operational policies and procedures.
• Responsible for on time delivery of the Project.
• Responsible for monitoring the project as per schedule
المهارات
Should have experience in the Construction & ID works. Familiar with G+4 Structure works and the experience of working with Local authorities like Trakhees and Nakheel will be an added advantage.

•Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• 4-5 year experience handling structure and ID works as sites.
• Language Proficiency
• Computer Proficiency/
AutoCAD
• Quality Control Analysis
