Job Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves)
Getting application documentation completed for on-roll employees & forwarding the same to head office for appointment letter generation.
Assisting Regional HR Manager in recruitment of on-roll employees i.e. screening resume on naukri.com, calling potential candidates & lining up for interview.
Background verification process of on-roll employees joining
Negotiating salary with applicants as per the guideline of client compensation package
Proper follow up to the selected candidates till joining
Sending proposals to the new clients and doing follow-up till the client comes on board.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, and leaves
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars
Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications, skills, and experience:
BS degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant
Excellent experience with MS Office applications
Knowledge of labor legislation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Teamwork skills
Excellent communication skills
Required Male candidates only who meet our requirements and available to join within a month
Salary is negotiable based upon experience.
Company will support for accommodation and transportation, plus incentive plans after completion of 6-months’ probation period.
30 days annual leaves
