KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible to develop new products as per Sales and Marketing requirements
• To manage the routine Raw Materials & Packaging Material testing as per the standard RM ‘S & PM’s QC Specifications & maintain the records for the same.
• To manage the Routine Quality Control & provide guidance to ensure that products manufactured meets their Objectives w.r.t Quality & they are in line with standard QC Specifications & Product literature.
• Provide technical input on day to day Quality Control issues & examine variations in Product Quality.
• Handling of Customer Complaints if any (Complete re-testing of samples, Corrective / Preventive actions to be worked out & its effective implementation).
• To provide technical assistance as required by the Sales Department regarding product demonstration at the site & technical discussion.
• Testing of finished products as per FGQC specification & maintain records for the same.
• Testing of shelf life expired Raw Material/Finished Products if any and maintains the records for the same.
• Testing of returned material and suitably reprocessing the same in the fresh products.
• To undertake modifications w.r.t Special colors and technical services requests coming from Sales & Marketing personnel.
• Issuing of test certificate to the customer.
• Ensure Calibration & Maintenance of all Laboratory / Plant equipments as per the Schedule.
• Executing Free Sample Requests on time.
• Ensuring compliance of ISO 9001 Quality System in Production and Technical department.

المهارات
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR ROLE
• Past experience with the similar range of the products and industry.
• Health and Safety awareness related to the industry.
Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry / Civil Engineering
Experience: 4 years
Skills: Product knowhow and good analytical skills.
Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the Raw Materials used for CC products.
