Civil Engineer Roads Utilities

On behalf of a Main Contractor, we are in urgent need to fill 4 Civil Engineering roles in Dubai to support the final stages of a Roads and utilities project.
The Main Contractor in question has not have enough internal resources to see them through to project completion, so they have made the decision to hire 4 additional skilled civil engineers to support them.
2 x Roads Engineer (Start date - Immediate)
2 x Utilities Engineer (Start date - immediate)
Both would be a civil background and worked with main Contractors, preferably in UAE as RTA Project but not essential.
