Junior Collections Executive

Job Description and Requirements
Provide an efficient baggage handling, delivery and collection service.
Master Fetchr’s existing processes and have complete know-how and ensure all standard procedures, work instruction and checklists are complied with for daily operational requirements.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Ensure collection and delivery of bags in an efficient and timely manner.
Tag bags with identification and deliver them in the storage area safely.
Ensure accountability of the bags being carried and handle with utmost care.
Ensure the baggage has been delivered, proper proof has been taken in the mobile device and the customer has verified the contents.
Assist the Collection Executives on duty during busy periods and breaks.
Perform any other works as and when assigned by the Management.
Be flexible to the shift timings.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sharp and pro-active
Should be keen to work in a high pressure environment
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
Strong phone contact handling skills
Ability to carry multiple heavy bags
Ability to stand for long hours
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
