الوصف الوظيفي Establish the preventive maintenance plan in line with the contractual requirement and carry out execution by resource allocation, permit issuance and checking the safety. Supervise the day to day facility operations as to the contractual requirement/ terms with the client on all days. Liasioning with Specialized system maintenance contractors & other sub-contractors and ensuring their work is carried out in the given time frame by adhering to all the safety and security regulations. Validating, verifying & ensuring the completion of planned maintenance tasks & additional client requirements on time. Update & maintain client asset register & its maintenance history. Reporting the day to day operation issues to Manager. Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports as well as technical report on facilities operations. Maintaining the facilities execution record المهارات Should have an Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Background with a diploma/Degree. Job experience in Residential / High rise towers. Should know how to use MS Office and capability learn CAFM systems. Should have strong technical knowledge and Fluent in English.
