This opportunity is with an Oil and Gas company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
You will be responsible for maximizing the company’s sales team potential, crafting competitive and innovative sales plans to help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
You will build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. You will identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
المهارات
To be successful, you will at least 10 years of Oil & Gas sales working experience whereas 3 years working in a supervisory/managerial role in an Oil recycling business. A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field will be preferred.
