Junior Account Manager - Customer Service

This opportunity is with a leading company based in Dubai, UAE.
As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationship with customers and connecting with key business executives, answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. You will serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams and you will be a lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
You will be responsible for generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships, preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. You will ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives, negotiate contract and close agreements to maximize profits.

المهارات
To be successful, you will have at least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management with hands on experience in into retail and hospitality industry. A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field will be preferred.
