HVAC Coordinator

Our client a consulting company thats head office is in the UAE has a requirement for a HVAC Coordinator, you will be based in the UAE but travel to North Africa & Asia required frequently.
You will be required to coordinate the field activities of the services division across the various locations, you will support and provide technical suggestions/improvements.
Duties
Schedule & Create work orders for Preventative maintenance
Scheudle & Create work orders for service repairs/replacements
Dispatch technicians to emergency service calls
Procure parts for schedueld repairs
Provide estimated costs for repairs when requested by the customer
Reviews field generated paperworks and prepare for invoicing by the Adminstrator

المهارات
Qualifications:
Must have experience specific to commercial/Industrial HVAC equipment
Able to train team on HVAC, Electrical, safety
Associates degree and minimum of 3 years service/installationm coordination experience
Able to have technical discususion with customers on the telephone
Solid understanding of the full operating systems - ( Boilers, Chillers, split systems, Vav systems, VFD)
