MECHATRONIC TECHNICIAN

Job Description and Requirements
- Maintain and troubleshoot various equipments i.e. Plasma Cutting and Robot Cutting machines; all kinds of DC Motor Drives and Controllers for various workshop machineries.
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance to above equipments (including Vibration analysis)
- Ensure materials are of required standard prior to use, reporting damages when required.
- Ensure that proper housekeeping is maintained throughout the production process.
- Report work status / progress, tools damage and process errors to the respective team leader
- Maintain good working relationship with workers, appointed foreman, supervisors and management.
- Perform duties of a Foreman as required / appointed for individual projects.
- Attend any training for any activity required by the department.
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work

Desired Candidate Profile
• Diploma in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
• ITI electronics with minimum 3 years of experience / vocational training in the relevant discipline/ Shipyard training
• Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in a similar field/Marine, Oil & Gas / Offshore industry.
