CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Activities:
Technical Queries :  To provide quick advices to the Technical queries received from Sales Team, Customers and Distributors.
Technical Trainings : To conduct Technical Trainings/Webinars to all the TMME distributor staff. More focus on improving the number of webinar trainings
Field Trials:To conduct Field trials at various customer locations with the objective of promoting to Premium products/New products introduced in TMME region. Objective is to provide optimized / cost effective solutions to the customers and to improve the profitability to TMME.
Technical Complaint Handling :
To troubleshoot the Technical/application related complaints of TMME customers
Open Gear Inspections: To assist Industrial sales teams by offering this niche service. To conduct open gear inspections at key Cement, Steel, Mining and other customers and to provide Lubrilog solutions to the referred Segments.
TIG 6: To offer the company’s unique Technical Service offering to customers.  Responsible for identifying the customer needs and to implement TIG 6 (Lubrication Maintenance Software) at various Industrial and Commercial customers.
