الوصف الوظيفي The role of the Marketing coordinator is to support the marketing department and coordinate with all other departments/offices on their marketing requirements in a timely manner. Liaises with all stakeholders including, but not limited to, colleagues, suppliers and other company departments and regional offices to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects Manages the production of print collateral and corporate branding materials from quotations to payments, and arranges for effective distribution to all departments/offices Maintains and reports marketing expenditures on a monthly basis Handles tradeshows and corporate events, from booking and execution Maintains a monthly reconciliation on all stocks at local/regional warehouses and arranges stock replenishments Provides out-of-scope support as requested by management Minimum Qualifications 1–2 years of relevant experience Bilingual (Arabic & English) المهارات Solid organizational skills Ability to Multi-task Strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Team player and a positive contributor تفاصيل الوظيفة |
