Job Description:
-Plan and develop range and assortment plans for the stores in line with the business plan to achieve sales and margin objectives
-Responsible for product selection and assortment decisions ,setting product pricing through margin analysis (with planner)and competitive market research, tracking and tracing shipments from order to shipment to receipt
-Evaluate, analyze and report on product and assortment matrix at store and brand level
-Create ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required to communicate issues and solutions to the management team
-Develop range preview material for the store and Vm team for each launch of the product/season
-Co-ordinate with product teams of the principle to effectively manage the range development and special needs of the store
-Establish Otb and Buy plan in co-ordination with the B&M;Manager & department planners
