1. Present and sell elevators and services to current and potential clients.
2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
3. Identify sales prospects, contact and other accounts as assigned.
4. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
5. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
6. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
7. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
8. Follow-up for collection of payment
9. Coordinate other colleagues to accomplish the work required to close sales.
10. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
المهارات
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or business major
2. Ability to persuade and influence others, ability to develop and deliver presentations.
3. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
6. Minimum four years of sales or marketing experience in elevator or building material industrials in Emirates
7. Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients.
8. Requires the possession of a valid emirates driving license
9. Arabic in mother tongue and fluent in English both order as well as writing
