Consumer good business who manufacture goods locally and then distribute them globally. Good brand name and a strong presence across the whole UAE which they are now looking to develop and grow internationally. Following the arrival of a new CEO they are very much in growth mode.

Description
Drafting and reviewing a range of contractsReviewing the companies internal policies, as well as drafting them in some isntances Representing the company in court where necessary

Profile
Junior lawyer, up to 4/5 years of experienceStrong grounding in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contractsIdeally fluent in Arabic as well as English
