Job Description and Requirements
Sourcing the products, identifying the right supplier.
Negotiation and finalizing the listing of suppliers and products
Stock maintenance and inventory Management
Routine checking in the category and identifying qualitative and quantitative products
Sourcing of products from local and International Suppliers
Work closely with purchase & operations managers to obtain necessary resources to support the team’s requirements.
Coordinate with chef, bar in charge & store team on daily basis to get their daily requisitions to deliver.
Finding suppliers and get 4 quotes if in-cases any new item requested by chef for food tasting.
Saving procurement costs.
Coordinating for logistics activities to deliver procured product to desired destination on time.
