EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of experience in reporting and business analysis role, preferably in telecom industry
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in computer or engineering
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to analyze business requirements through Gap Analysis sessions - evaluating business requirements and providing end to end solutions whilst maintaining the integrity of the IT Develop and manage dashboards, reports and analysis specifications to obtain required data from various sources.
Responsible for the analysis and requirements documentation of new or enhanced digital experience projects.
Coordinates the requirements definition including final report, user interface definition, user journeys, and logical user flow.
Coordinates ‘wants and needs’ list priority and approval.
Documents standards, processes, and procedures as assigned.
Provides for and/or participates in user training in various functional organizations as required.
Assist in functionality testing during test cycles as needed
Participate on and/or lead cross-functional teams to deliver necessary inputs to digital projects
