Job Description
Marketing Project Coordinator Job Duties:

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns that promote current company initiatives, product launches and market development
• Measure results of marketing campaigns in order to analyze and improve the effectiveness of client outreach
• Identify opportunities to advance brand recognition, client engagement and customer exposure
• Coordinate the execution of product collateral, including copy, layout, delivery and distribution of sales materials
• Collaborate on all web-based initiatives with the intention of increasing client interaction—-including social media, blogs and e-blasts
• Manage sample campaigns and the follow-up required to drive measurable results.
• Identify and manage client databases by region and by product, assuring that our marketing outreach efforts are directed to qualified and appropriate clients
• Build client database by identifying and integrating new trade members
• Assist with product development, including the design and management of new product launches
• Be both strategic and flexible to assist in any area of the business, including sales, marketing and client development.
• Organize promotional events at trade shows and other venues,

Qualifications And Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (Bmb Certified)
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
• Excellent Time-management skills, Ability work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
• Creative and passionate about all areas of marketing
